Artificial Intelligence training in Kigali

Why artificial intelligence training matters

Artificial intelligence is already part of how documents get written, numbers get checked and websites get built. The professionals who benefit most are not the ones who know the most theory; they are the ones who know which tool to use, for which task, and how to check what it gives back.

Sokrab Training's AI category is organised around that idea. Instead of one broad course, there are four, each written for a specific working role: someone starting from zero, an administrative professional, an accountant or finance employee, and a web designer or beginner programmer. Each is short enough to fit around a job and practical enough to use the next morning.

Courses are offered by Sokrab, a Kigali-based business that already implements AI tools for clients as part of its IT services, so the examples come from real business use rather than from a textbook.

  • Administrative and executive-assistant roles where drafting, scheduling and information handling are daily work.
  • Accounting, bookkeeping and finance-support roles that depend on accurate reporting.
  • Web design, front-end development and content roles where AI assistance speeds up delivery.
  • Any office role in Kigali where employers now expect staff to use digital tools well.

Why now

Why this training is valuable today

  • Employers increasingly expect staff to use AI tools sensibly, and the gap is between people who have been shown how and people who have not.
  • AI saves the most time on routine work: drafting, summarising and organising. Learning it now means those hours come back to you every week.
  • Using AI well is a skill of judgement, not just of tools, which is hard to pick up alone from social media tips.
  • Short, role-specific courses let you learn without leaving your job or your city.

11Is the training free or paid? How much does it cost?

The training is paid. The fee for each programme is shown in Rwandan francs (RWF) on its course page and on the category page. When you register you choose to pay now or pay later: the form never charges you, and if you pay later we email you a reminder before the training starts.

12What is the QR code for?

Once your registration is approved and you are enrolled in a cohort, you receive a personal QR code by email. At each session it is scanned to record that you attended, and the time of the scan shows whether you were early, on time or late. You can also scan the session QR poster and enter your registration reference.

13How is my attendance measured?

Attendance is a percentage: sessions you attended divided by sessions held. Every scan counts towards it and your percentage updates after each session, so the trainer sees it when you check in. The minimum percentage needed to complete a programme is confirmed by the training team.

14What happens if I miss a session?

A missed session counts as absent and lowers your attendance percentage, unless our team records it as excused. If you cannot attend, tell us as early as you can by email at training@sokrab.com or on +250 793 897 842.
