Digital Skills training in Kigali

Why digital skills training matters

Almost every job in Kigali now runs through a screen: email and calendars, spreadsheets and shared documents, online forms, payments and messaging. People who are comfortable with these tools get more done in less time, and people who are not often feel they are always one step behind.

Sokrab Training's digital skills category is being prepared for professionals, graduates and teams who want to work confidently with everyday digital tools. It sits alongside our AI courses and draws on the same practical, workplace-first approach.

Sokrab already designs websites, builds software and supports business systems for clients in Rwanda, which means the training is shaped by how digital tools are used in real organisations.

02When will the digital skills courses start?

Dates have not been announced. Join the waiting list and we will email you as soon as registration opens.

03How do I join the waiting list?

Press Join the Waiting List on this page and enter your name and email address. You only receive emails about the categories you sign up for.

04Does it cost anything to join the waiting list?

No. Joining the waiting list is free and does not commit you to registering.

05What will you teach in the digital skills category?

We expect to cover everyday office productivity, online collaboration, organising information, digital safety and presenting work. The final course list is confirmed when registration opens.

06Can I take the AI courses while I wait?

Yes. Our AI training category is open for registration now.

07What will I get after the training?

You leave with practical skills you can use at work straight away, a Sokrab Training certificate once you meet the attendance requirement, and a follow-up from our team asking for your feedback.

08Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. Participants who complete the training and reach the minimum attendance for their programme receive a Sokrab Training certificate. Attendance is recorded at every session, so please attend each one.

09Is the training free or paid? How much does it cost?

The training is paid. The fee for each programme is shown in Rwandan francs (RWF) on its course page and on the category page. When you register you choose to pay now or pay later: the form never charges you, and if you pay later we email you a reminder before the training starts.

10What is the QR code for?

Once your registration is approved and you are enrolled in a cohort, you receive a personal QR code by email. At each session it is scanned to record that you attended, and the time of the scan shows whether you were early, on time or late. You can also scan the session QR poster and enter your registration reference.

11How is my attendance measured?

Attendance is a percentage: sessions you attended divided by sessions held. Every scan counts towards it and your percentage updates after each session, so the trainer sees it when you check in. The minimum percentage needed to complete a programme is confirmed by the training team.

12What happens if I miss a session?

A missed session counts as absent and lowers your attendance percentage, unless our team records it as excused. If you cannot attend, tell us as early as you can by email at training@sokrab.com or on +250 793 897 842.
